Terms & Conditions

1. The Promotion

Wham Tan is running a Transformation Competition (the "Competition") open to customers who have used Wham Tan Gradual Tanner. One winner will receive a prize of £250, awarded by bank transfer or at the promoter's discretion as a voucher of equivalent value.

The Competition is promoted by Wham Tan, trading as Wham Gear Limited, whamgear.com ("Promoter").

2. Entry Period

The Competition opens at 00:00 on 19 June 2026 and closes at 23:59 on 19 July 2026 (UK time). Entries received outside of this window will not be considered.

3. Eligibility

• Open to UK residents aged 18 or over only.
• You must have purchased and used Wham Tan Gradual Tanner to enter.
• Employees of Wham Gear Limited and their immediate family members are not eligible.
• One entry per person.

4. How to Enter

To enter, you must submit the following via the entry form linked in the Competition email:

• Your full name and email address
• A clear before photo (taken before using Wham Tan)
• A clear after photo (taken after using Wham Tan)
• A brief description of your experience

Entries are void if they are incomplete, illegible, or do not include both before and after photos. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify entries that do not meet these requirements.

5. The Prize

One winner will receive £250. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for any alternative. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if necessary.

6. Winner Selection

The winner will be chosen by the Promoter based on the quality and impact of the transformation shown in the submitted photos. The Promoter's decision is final. No correspondence regarding the outcome will be entered into.

The winner will be notified by email within 7 days of the Competition closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 14 days, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

7. Licence to Use Your Photos & Personal Data

By submitting an entry, you grant Wham Tan (Wham Gear Limited) a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, edit, publish, and display your submitted photos and your first name and general location (e.g. "Birmingham") for marketing and promotional purposes, including but not limited to:

• The Wham Tan website (whamgear.com)
• Email marketing campaigns
• Social media platforms including TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook
• Paid advertising including Meta Ads
• Any other digital or print marketing materials

You confirm that you are the sole owner of the photos you submit and that they do not infringe any third-party rights. You confirm that the photos show only yourself and that you have the right to grant the above licence.

You will not receive payment for the use of your photos beyond the Competition prize (if you are the winner). Non-winning entrants whose photos are used in marketing will be notified where reasonably practicable.

Your personal data (name and email) will be processed in accordance with the Wham Tan Privacy Policy available at whamgear.com/pages/privacy. Data will not be sold to third parties.

8. Your Warranties

By entering, you confirm that:

• You are 18 or over and a UK resident
• The photos submitted are your own and show genuine results from using Wham Tan
• The photos have not been digitally altered in a way that misrepresents the results
• You have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions in full

9. General

• The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Competition at any time for reasons beyond its control.
• The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, or corrupted due to technical issues.
• These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
• This Competition is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by any social media platform.
